Resident Meeting - Monday, June 14 at 6:00 pm in the Clubhouse to discuss upcoming changes to Sandalwood & Kestwick stormwater areas

Annual Neighborhood Picnic - August 14, 5-9 pm at the Clubhouse. The pool will be open during that time to all residents, you will be treated to an on-site meal, there will be activities on the lake and you‘ll have a great time with fellow residents in this super neighborhood!!

2010 Springlakes Association Board - John Capes, President; Joe Entrekin, David Hattaway, Ed Miller, Mickey Barefield, Chris Epps, Cindy Hennigan, Bob Petras, Delaine Brown, Gene Futch, Earl Hilson are the 2010 elected board members.

Cell Tower - at the annual meeting January 12, 2010, the proposal was presented and discussed and those pre-sent had an opportunity to ask questions and make comments

New Clubhouse - On May 12, 2010 we moved another step forward in our quest to build a new clubhouse

Crimewatch - Several vehicles were broken into during the early hours of April 13. We also had another vehi-cle break in on May 19.

Fall Neighborhood Yard Sale - October 2, 2010

Pool Is Open! - It‘s still not too late to join. Resident dues are $285 per household and Senior "Empty Nest" dues for individuals or couples living in Springlakes over the age of 60 with no children living at home is only $160.00. Guest passes are available to members in multiples of ten.

Springlakes Swim Team - practice has already started. If you have children between the age of 4 and 18 that would like to participate, please let us know

Teenage Helper - We will once again have a drawing for a teenager that may be interested in earning a little extra cash taking the clubhouse garbage cans out to the curb. The application must be turned into Association Manager by 6:30p at the Annual
Picnic.
