Now you can initiate your clubhouse reservations online!!  The following outlines the steps to take to reserve the clubhouse.

  1. Use the convenient on-line clubhouse calendar to see if the clubhouse is available when you need it. Note that only one reservation is made per day.
  2. Send an email to clubhouse@springlakes.org requesting a reservation.  Please specify your name, phone # and the desired date. You may contact the Clubhouse Chairperson, Cindy Hennigan, at 399-5178.
  3. Dates are not marked as reserved until the checks have been received. So, a date open may be reserved but not confirmed by the checks and reservation forms. Please do not send any money until the date you have requested is confirmed either by reply e-mail or by phone.
  4. The Rental and Damage Deposit payment along with a signed copy of agreement have to be given to Clubhouse manager for requested date to be confirmed. You may deliver to garage drop box at 157 Stone Mill Drive or Clubhouse outside drop box.
  5. Upon final confirmation, your reservation will appear in the On-Line Clubhouse Calendar.
  6. The rental envelope will be available at the garage drop box on the eve of the rental date. Rentals are from 11:00 am the day of your rental until 9:00 am the following day. The key must be returned by 9am on the day following use unless other arrangements have been made with Cindy.

Payment: Placing a clubhouse reservation requires two separate payments.  If paying by check, please make them payable to "Springlakes Community Association".

  1. Non-Refundable Rental Fee. This per day rental fee goes to the Springlakes Homeowners Association and is based on the day of the week.
    $40.00 - Monday through Thursday
    $60.00 - Friday through Sunday
  2. $150 Refundable Cleaning/Damage Deposit. This fee is refunded when the clubhouse passes a cleaning inspection after use. If you would like to use the cleaning service, please let Cindy know when making your reservations. She will make arrangements. The cleaning fee (only if made in advance) is $75.00. If the clubhouse is left unclean after the rental and prior arrangements were not made for the cleaning service, you will lose your $150 deposit. You will receive detailed instructions for clean up and clubhouse policies when you pick up the key. This cleanup list is also shown below.
